We cannot make changes to an order once it’s been placed. To change or cancel your order, please request cancel the order in your account page.

 WHERE CAN I CHECK MY ORDER? 

To check your order status, login to your account first and head to the PERSONAL INFO page. You can find log in icon on the top of website. You can find the tracking number for your order. 

HOW MUCH IS SHIPPING FEE? 

It is US$10 for standard international shipping. (Shipping costs vary from country to country.) 

 WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?

 Some of items are order-to-made. Your order will be processed and shipped within 2-4 business days of the order being placed. 

 HOW CAN I REFUND THE PRODUCT? 

If you do not like our product (hopefully it will not happend!), please email us. 

Orders are to be dispatched on the following business day. 

It may take a few days to be shipped out if your order is placed on 

Friday or before National Holidays.

Our primary courier is Korea Post EMS which offers fast and trustworthy shipping services. It generally ten to fifteen business days and it is available for the following countries; 

USA, CANADA, BRAZIL, AUSTRALIA, NEW ZEALAND, RUSSIA, GERMANY, FRANCE, U.K, SPAIN, JAPAN, SINGAPORE, MALAYSIA, VIETNAM, INDIA, INDONESIA, MACAO, HONGKONG, TAIWAN

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation e-mail with a tracking number. You can check the delivery status by entering the provided tracking number on the delivery couriers' websites.

Orders shipped outside of Korea may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees levied by the destination country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be fulfilled by the recipient; OVERLAP, Inc. has no control over these charges, nor can OVERLAP predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you should contact your local customs office for more information.
